USPS First Class shipping is FREE on all orders over $50 USD.
Faster options including UPS 2-Day Air are also available on all U.S. domestic shipments from our Jacksonville warehouse.

Discounted rates apply for orders under $500 USD.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Express international shipping is available using major carriers and is free with a minimum order value of $500 USD.

DDP vs. DAP Shipping
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): For most countries, our Shopify store collects all necessary taxes and duties at the time of checkout and displays the full ‘landed cost’ at checkout.
DAP (Delivered at Place): For the countries listed below, taxes and duties are not collected at the time of checkout at this time. The customer is responsible for these charges upon delivery. We are actively adding more countries to provide customers with the full landed cost upfront as we expand our shipping and warehousing operations.

All other countries are treated as DDP.
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
- Business days are Monday- Friday, excluding scheduled fullfillment center closures.
- We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.
- Renue BLUE cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond our control.
- Any original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Where is my shipment?
You can check the status of your order by logging into our website and clicking “My Account”. If the item has already shipped, you can check the tracking number of the parcel to get its current status. If you can’t find this information, reach out to our Support Team at support@renueblue.com
My order won’t go through or process. Why can’t I place an order?
It may help to clear the cache on your browser to ensure your computer is not storing the error and thus causing it to repeat each time. You may also try switching to a completely different browser to see if the problem is alleviated.
How long does shipping take? What are the transit times?
Domestic shipments inside the USA may take roughly 2-4 business days to be delivered. International shipments take roughly 5-15 business days to be delivered, depending on your chosen delivery method. Keep in mind international packages may be subject to delays due to customs procedures beyond our control.
Are customs and duties included in my shipping cost?
For your convenience, and if supported by our carrier partner, all applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees are calculated and included at checkout. We utilize DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping for many countries, which means all import charges are paid upfront to ensure faster delivery and a smoother customs clearance process.
Note, DDP is only available for some destinations such as Canada, UK and Europe. We are working with our courier partners to include more destinations.
Even if DDP is supported, customs offices in some countries may still require the recipient (importer of record) to provide identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Occasionally customs can take an extended period of time to review and release an order for delivery. RENUE BY SCIENCE has no control or influence over these delays.
Additionally, customs may determine that an order/product shall not be allowed into the country and will instead return the order to our fulfillment center. It is the customer's responsibility to understand their local import laws and which products do and do not comply with those laws. RENUE BY SCIENCE is not responsible for any cost incurred by the customer for orders rejected by the local customs office.
